Ceiling light fixture
Electrical cable (14-gauge or 12-gauge, depending on the wattage of the light fixture)

Step-by-Step Instructions:

1. Turn off the power: Before you begin any electrical work, it is important to turn off the power to the circuit that you will be working on. You can do this by flipping the circuit breaker or removing the fuse that corresponds to the circuit.

2. Determine the location of the light fixture: Once the power is off, you need to determine where you want to install the light fixture. Mark the location on the ceiling with a pencil.

3. Install the ceiling hook: The ceiling hook will provide support for the electrical box and the light fixture. Screw the ceiling hook into the ceiling at the location that you marked in step 2.

4. Install the electrical box: The electrical box will house the electrical connections for the light fixture. Attach the electrical box to the ceiling hook using the screws that came with the box.
